Chuẩn bị: gương, đồng hồ hẹn giờ, khoảng 15 phút yên tĩnh. Đánh răng, súc miệng, rửa tay sạch và lau khô. Không đeo găng tay cao su.Before you start: a mirror, a timer and about 15 quiet minutes. Brush, rinse, then wash and dry your hands. No latex gloves.
Thử khay trước. Đặt khay rỗng vào miệng: khay phải che hết 5 răng mỗi bên, tính từ giữa ra.Try the tray first. Put the empty tray in: it should cover five teeth on each side of the centre.
Trộn putty. Lấy hai phần bằng nhau, nhào 15 giây đến khi đều một màu, không còn vân.Mix the putty. Take two equal parts and knead for 15 seconds until it is one even colour, with no streaks.
Cho vào khay. Vo putty thành thanh dài, ấn đều vào khay.Fill the tray. Roll the putty into a long strip and press it evenly into the tray.
Lấy dấu. Căn răng cửa ở giữa khay, ấn thẳng lên (hàm trên) hoặc xuống (hàm dưới) đến khi putty phủ qua chân răng một chút. Đừng cắn chạm đáy khay.Take the impression. Centre your front teeth in the tray and press straight up (top) or down (bottom) until the putty just covers the gum line. Don't bite through to the floor of the tray.
Giữ yên 3–5 phút. Không nói, không lắc khay.Hold still for 3–5 minutes. No talking, no wiggling.
Lấy ra. Kéo khay thẳng ra một lần, dứt khoát.Take it out. Pull the tray straight out in one firm move.
Chụp ảnh gửi NANH. 3 ảnh: thẳng, nghiêng trái, nghiêng phải, gửi @wearnanh925. Chờ NANH xác nhận rồi mới gửi dấu.Send us photos. Three shots (straight on, left, right) to @wearnanh925. Wait for our OK before sending the impression.
Đóng gói. Để dấu nguyên trong khay, cho vào túi zip có nhãn, đóng hộp và gửi về NANH.Pack it. Leave the impression in the tray, put it in the labelled zip bag, box it and post it to us.

Our grandparents capped their teeth in gold — part repair, part savings worn on the body. This city has a gold shop on almost every street, and an old habit: keep your wealth where you can see it.
